Key Responsibilities
As a Report Coordinator Associate at Pfizer, you will:
- Lead safety aggregate report preparation from initiation to regulatory submission.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, DevOps, and Submission teams.
- Review safety data for consistency and compliance.
- Compile reports using document management systems and electronic tools.
- Coordinate report reviews, approvals, and resolution of comments.
- Ensure timely submission before regulatory deadlines.
- Provide guidance to report contributors regarding reporting requirements.
- Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Complete mandatory Pfizer safety and compliance training programs.
