- Conduct training for users on EBR, AMPS, SAP, and MLM systems.
- Handle shop floor troubleshooting in the SAP-AMPS interface.
- Track AMPS recipe revisions as per new or revised batch records.
- Create Bill of Material (BOM) and Production Version (PV) in SAP.
- Ensure BOM and PV readiness for AMPS recipe creation.
- Support SAP stock clearance and IDOC message clearance.
- Follow up on BT tickets and ensure issue resolution.
- Support new MES projects.
- Handle and ensure smooth functioning of the Manufacturing Label Management system.
- Coordinate with functional departments for smooth production activities.
- Review protocols and documentation related to manufacturing systems.
- Initiate change controls related to documents and equipment.
- Identify deviations or exceptions and escalate them as per procedure.
- Follow safety procedures, GMP, and GDP practices.
Quality and Compliance Responsibilities
