Key Responsibilities

The Site Visit Report Reviewer will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing Site Qualification, Site Initiation, Monitoring, and Site Termination Visit Reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Parexel SOPs.
  • Monitoring and tracking:
    • Open Issues
    • Protocol Deviations (PDs)
    • Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
  • Collaborating with:
    • Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
    • Clinical Operations Leaders (COLs)
    • Cross-functional project teams
  • Participating in project meetings when required.
  • Conducting periodic analyses of monitoring visits and issue trends.
  • Supporting Clinical Operations Leaders with additional project activities after required training.
