Key Responsibilities
The Site Visit Report Reviewer will be responsible for:
- Reviewing Site Qualification, Site Initiation, Monitoring, and Site Termination Visit Reports.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Parexel SOPs.
- Monitoring and tracking:
- Open Issues
- Protocol Deviations (PDs)
- Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
- Collaborating with:
- Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Clinical Operations Leaders (COLs)
- Cross-functional project teams
- Participating in project meetings when required.
- Conducting periodic analyses of monitoring visits and issue trends.
- Supporting Clinical Operations Leaders with additional project activities after required training.
