Quality Control Analyst – Job Details
We are currently recruiting for multiple Quality Control Analyst positions at various levels: Officer, Junior Executive, and Executive. This represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for ensuring pharmaceutical quality and compliance. The roles are based at our Unit V facility in Jadcherla, Hyderabad (approximately 80 km from Hyderabad city center).
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidates will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the drug manufacturing process. This will involve a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Analytical Testing: Performing various analytical tests using sophisticated equipment and techniques.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing test results, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Instrument Maintenance: Assisting in the maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments.
- Method Validation: Participation in the validation and verification of analytical methods.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving quality control issues.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Education: M.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc, or B.Sc in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality control environment is preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records may also be considered.
- Technical Skills: A strong understanding of analytical techniques and instrumentation is essential. Proficiency in techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Dissolution testing, Karl Fischer Titration (KF), and Stability testing is required.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Empower software (or similar chromatography data systems) is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and compliance.
