Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Data Analyst at Omega Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in managing and curating health data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Management and Curation:
- Execute complex data abstraction, which involves the interpretation and entry of data according to specific disease and project requirements.
- Participate and contribute actively in team meetings and learning sessions to enhance collective knowledge and performance.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain compliance with the quality assurance plan for projects, ensuring accuracy of over 95% depending on specific project demands.
- Engage in continuous feedback loops with Quality Analysts, ensuring timely reconciliation of any identified errors.
- Participate in quarterly Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) sessions to uphold data quality.
- Special Projects:
- Lead or assist in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed by supervisors.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in medical fields such as BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, or MD.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 0-5 years of experience in either clinical or non-clinical settings.
- Skills:
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical record systems.
- Presentable demeanor with excellent communication skills to maintain pleasant client interactions.
