Omega Healthcare is urgently hiring E&M OP/IP and ED (Evaluation & Management – Outpatient/Inpatient & Emergency Department) ProFee & Facility Medical Coders and Senior Coders for Chennai & Bangalore locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for E&M OP/IP & ED services.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer-specific guidelines.
• Perform ProFee (Professional Fee) and Facility coding for emergency and outpatient/inpatient records.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain coding accuracy.
• Work on denial management and appeals as needed.
• Stay updated with coding regulations and industry changes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certification: CPC, COC, CCS, or CIC certification preferred (but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in E&M OP/IP & ED coding (ProFee & Facility).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
• Familiarity with EPIC, Cerner, or other EHR systems is a plus.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
