Job Responsibilities: Executive – Medical and Scientific Affairs

At Olympus Medical Systems India Pvt Ltd, the Executive – Medical and Scientific Affairs position is primarily responsible for overseeing and carrying out training programs for outside parties, such as physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs). Important duties include of:

  • Training Coordination: Work together to plan and carry out training initiatives with the core marketing, business operations, and sales teams. Assure effective communication and cooperation between external and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Support: Assure the safe and efficient use of Olympus products by imparting extensive technical expertise to the sales staff and HCPs.
  • Program Management: Oversee practical training sessions using simulators at different Indian training facilities. Oversee the technical, administrative, and logistical components of these programs.
  • Cooperation: To guarantee adherence to corporate policies and laws, collaborate closely with a variety of internal business verticals, such as compliance, legal, and business operations.
  • Marketing Support: Help organize and carry out advertising and marketing campaigns pertaining to training courses. Work with vendors to arrange as needed.
  • Knowledge management involves keeping an up-to-date training database and knowledge repository and making sure that training materials, evaluations, and other pertinent information are properly documented.
  • Reporting: Write up and turn in reports on training activities on a monthly or quarterly basis, including participant comments and ideas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications

  • For this position, a graduate in science
  • Applicants should have two to three years of relevant experience and a track record of spearheading training programs in the medical technology sector.
