Job Description:
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Clinical Medical Regulatory team. The CRA serves as the primary point of contact between site staff and Novo Nordisk, acting as an ambassador for the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading site management for the selection, initiation, and closure of studies in compliance with regulations and protocol requirements.
- Taking accountability for patient recruitment strategies and implementing mitigation actions.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders and communicating progress and critical issues that may impact trial progress.
- Conducting efficient and accurate site selection visits, monitoring activities, and source data verification.
- Utilizing IT systems for site visits and data management tasks.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Medicine, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Certification in ICH GCP training is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in clinical research are desirable.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Experience in 1-2 multinational clinical trials phases 2-3 preferred.
