Job Description
As a Competency Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and operation of the competency framework and continuous learning design model at Novo Nordisk. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing Onboarding Programs: Align onboarding programs across GPS, Bangalore to ensure consistent and effective training for new hires.
- Training and Development: Support the training of employees by defining and implementing relevant learning methodologies and supporting technologies to enhance the learner experience.
- Process Optimization: Drive initiatives focused on innovative, fit-for-purpose process optimization and training.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assume responsibility for tasks, communicate vital information, and take decisive actions as part of your daily work.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably with exposure to training and coordination activities.
- Solid understanding of processes and regulatory requirements within pharmacovigilance.
- Insight into the pharmaceutical value chain.
- Proven track record in establishing effective learning and development governance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, global environment.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
