Job Description: Quality Control (QC) Specialist
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced Quality Control professionals to join our growing teams. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality control principles and procedures, and be proficient in operating various analytical instruments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performing routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using advanced analytical techniques.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, including cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Troubleshooting analytical instrumentation issues and performing routine maintenance.
- Participating in investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations from established procedures.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department.
- Collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure efficient and timely product release.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Analysis.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation, including but not limited to: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV), Dissolution testing, and Infrared Spectroscopy (IR).
- Strong understanding of cGMP principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
