1. Medical Information Associate (MICC) – 10 Openings
- Department: Pharmacovigilance / Medical Information Call Center
- Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Location: Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Qualification: BPharma / MPharma / PharmaD
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced (6 months PV training mandatory)
- Employment Bond: 18 months
2. MICC Manager – 1 Opening
- Experience Required: 3+ years in Pharmacovigilance/Medical Information
- Leadership Skills: Team handling, quality oversight, and process improvement
- CTC: Negotiable based on experience
📋 Job Description
For Medical Information Associates (MICC):
✔ Primary Role (Call Handling):
- Manage inbound/outbound calls for AEs, Product Complaints, Medical Inquiries.
- Document spontaneous & solicited reports (adverse events, medication errors).
✔ Secondary Role (Quality Review):
- Audit source documents for accuracy.
- Maintain daily productivity & quality reports.
For MICC Manager:
✔ Oversee team performance & training.
✔ Ensure compliance with PV regulations.
✔ Lead process improvements & audits.
🔑 Key Requirements
✔ Associates:
- 6 months of PV training (certification preferred).
- Strong communication & documentation skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
✔ Manager:
- 3+ years in PV/Medical Information.
- Experience in team leadership & quality control.
- Knowledge of global PV guidelines (GVP, ICH, FDA).
✔ Common Requirements:
- 18-month bond (for associates).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- No WFH option.
