Micro Crispr is urgently hiring skilled professionals with an M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a PG Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT) for our world-class GMP manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals eager to contribute to the field of cell and gene therapy.
Job Responsibilities:
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing advanced pipetting techniques with precision.
- Conducting mammalian cell culturing and working in Bio Safety Cabinets.
- Executing fundamental molecular biology techniques, including PCR, ELISA, Western Blotting, and SDS Page.
- Utilizing centrifuge and cell counters for analytical testing.
- Maintaining GMP cleanroom areas and adhering to gowning procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures in cell and gene therapy processes.
Qualifications Required:
- M.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology or PGDMLT.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Candidates must be from Valsad District, Daman, Silvassa, or Dadra and Nagar Haveli (DNH).
- Must be able to join within one week of selection.
Key Skills Needed:
- Hands-on experience with pipetting and cell culturing.
- Familiarity with Bio Safety Cabinets and GMP protocols.
- Knowledge of molecular biology and analytical techniques.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in cleanroom environments.
