Job Description: Medical Records Reviewer
Medrona is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Reviewer to join its team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare documentation, medical terminologies, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and analyze patient medical records for accuracy and completeness.
✔ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal guidelines.
✔ Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing teams for quality documentation.
✔ Maintain strict confidentiality and security of medical records.
✔ Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems efficiently (prior experience preferred).
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational Background:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Medical Records Reviewing (MRR).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, procedures, and documentation.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
