Job Description: Medical Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Data Management & Curation
- Perform complex data abstraction (requiring medical interpretation) and data entry for disease-specific projects.
- Maintain expertise in electronic medical records (EMR) and data capture systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records.
✔ Quality Assurance (QA)
- Maintain >95% accuracy (or higher as per project requirements).
- Receive feedback from QA teams and implement corrections promptly.
- Participate in quarterly Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) assessments.
✔ Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Attend team meetings and learning sessions.
- Self-report work metrics (time spent, audits completed, etc.).
- Assist in special projects or client-specific initiatives as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Medical Fields: BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD
✅ Experience:
- 0-5 years in clinical or non-clinical roles.
- Freshers with a medical background are encouraged to apply.
✅ Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Presentable with good communication skills.
