Key Responsibilities
Analytics Delivery & AI Enablement
- Support development and delivery of advanced analytical solutions.
- Apply analytics, decision science, and AI/ML methodologies for commercial initiatives.
- Translate business questions into actionable analytical projects.
- Ensure high-quality analytical outputs and adherence to best practices.
Commercial Analytics Support
- Perform analytics for omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Analyze field force, email marketing, digital engagement, paid media, social media, and third-party platform performance.
- Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programs.
- Identify business trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, analytics, and technology teams.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Incorporate business feedback into analytical solutions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Build and maintain datasets and recurring reports.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks.
- Document analytical methodologies and processes.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve data issues.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

Experience
