Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the medical scientific expert for assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Provide medical and scientific advice to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Facilitate medical education, research activities, and scientific exchange with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products through continuous learning, attending conferences, and reviewing medical literature.
- Deliver scientific presentations, training sessions, and medical education programs for HCPs and internal teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions.
- Assist in clinical research activities, including Phase IV studies, registries, and investigator-initiated studies (IIS).
- Review and ensure medical accuracy and compliance of promotional materials.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and commercial initiatives with scientific insights.
- Conduct medical writing, including literature reviews, summaries, and research documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- UG:Â MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Pharma, B.Sc in Life Sciences
- PG:Â MD/MS, M.Pharma, M.Sc, MDS
- Doctorate:Â Ph.D., M.Phil in Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields
Experience & Skills:
- 1-6 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Writing, or Clinical Research.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and medical guidelines.
- Excellent scientific communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to engage with KOLs, HCPs, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements.
