Job Description

We are currently seeking a Medical Advisor to join our dynamic Immunology Medical team in Mumbai. This senior-level position is perfect for an industry professional looking to advance their career in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Medical Affairs Strategy: Shape the strategic plan for Immunology in alignment with local, regional, and global strategies while providing expert insights to internal teams.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with marketing, regulatory, and medical education teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, enhancing their performance and effectiveness in the field.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as clinicians and scientific bodies, to support product access and disease education.
  • Data Generation Plans: Lead initiatives to address data gaps and enhance patient outcomes aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Material Development Compliance: Ensure that all promotional and educational materials adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) is essential, with an additional public health or business management qualification preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Strong track record in medical affairs, KOL engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical affairs functions and local regulatory policies.

Skills:

  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging with external stakeholders successfully.
