Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize non-oral formulations, focusing on peptides & microsphere injectables.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, stability testing, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up and technology transfer.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and improve drug delivery systems.

Eligibility & Skills Required
✔ Education: M.Pharm / PhD in Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology
✔ Experience: 1-6 years in peptide formulations & microsphere injectables
✔ Strong knowledge of QbD (Quality by Design), DoE (Design of Experiments), and regulatory guidelines
✔ Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, Dissolution, Particle Size Analysis)
