Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Method development and qualification for biotechnology products
- Characterization of Lupin products and reference medicinal products
- Preparation, review, and verification of scientific documents and analytical data
- Coordinating Computer System Validation (CSV) activities
- Equipment qualification and weighing balance performance coordination
- Maintaining Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Supporting laboratory supervision and management activities
- Maintenance of scientific instruments including:
- CD
- SPR
- Octet
- FTIR
- BLI
- Refrigerators and miscellaneous laboratory equipment
- Equipment ID generation and documentation
- Technology transfer activities
- Ensuring Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and laboratory safety standards
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Master’s Degree in Biology or equivalent
- Post Graduation in Biology or related Life Science discipline
Required Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in Protein Structure Biology
- Experience in analytical method development and qualification
- Knowledge of GLP, GDP, laboratory documentation, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments is preferred
