Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for downstream mammalian production activities while maintaining cGMP and safety norms. The role includes execution of DSP unit operations, documentation, cleaning validation support, and maintaining manufacturing area standards as per process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle downstream mammalian production while maintaining cGMP and safety norms.
- Execute DSP unit operations such as chromatography, TFF, VF, virus inactivation and troubleshooting.
- Prepare process buffers and support execution of cleaning validation and performance qualification.
- Prepare cGMP documents such as BPR, SOP and study protocol.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and the manufacturing area.
- Support manufacturing personnel during production batches and monitor process paramters.
- Wash glassware and other accessories used for the process.
Qualification
- Graduation in Biotechnology
- Post Graduation in Biotechnology
Experience
Candidates should have 1-5 Years of work experience.
