Trainee-Executive – Formulation Division (Hyderabad)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee-Executive to join our Formulation Division in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our production process, contributing directly to the creation of life-enhancing medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) Management: You will be responsible for the meticulous handling and documentation of all aspects of the batch manufacturing process, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. This includes data entry, verification, and record keeping.
- Efficient Batch Planning and Execution: This role requires the ability to effectively plan and execute production batches, optimizing efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Batch Production Record (BPR) Documentation: Precise and accurate documentation is crucial in the pharmaceutical industry. You will prepare and maintain comprehensive BPRs, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: This position demands effective collaboration with colleagues across different departments, including production planning, maintenance, and quality control. You will contribute to problem-solving, particularly addressing challenges related to shift planning, personnel management, and equipment maintenance. Open communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
