As a Logistics Analyst, you will ensure that domestic and international shipments comply with applicable regulations, courier specifications, and clinical study requirements. The role involves coordinating shipments, resolving customs issues, maintaining shipping systems, and supporting logistics operations for global clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics Management
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and courier requirements.
- Prepare shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
- Manage commercial invoices, air bills, and letters of instruction.
- Coordinate special shipping arrangements with courier partners.
Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain knowledge of import/export regulations worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with customs and dangerous goods regulations.
- Support shipment documentation quality control processes.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting logistics operations.
Shipment Tracking & Problem Resolution
- Track and trace shipments globally.
- Investigate delayed or damaged shipments.
- Coordinate with couriers to resolve shipping issues.
- Process shipment claims when necessary.
System & Process Management
- Maintain courier systems and shipping databases.
- Ensure accurate shipment records and archiving.

Required Qualifications
Education

Experience
