Roles & Responsibilities

QC โ€“ HPLC

  • Perform HPLC analysis of raw materials and finished products
  • Execute method validation activities
  • Maintain laboratory documentation
  • Handle analytical instruments
  • Follow GMP, GLP and data integrity practices

Engineering โ€“ Electrical & Mechanical

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Carry out preventive maintenance
  • Manage utilities and production equipment

Production โ€“ Compression

  • Operate tablet compression machines
  • Handle manufacturing operations
  • Monitor production KPIs
  • Maintain batch documentation
  • Ensure GMP compliance

Lab QA

  • Review GMP documentation
  • Handle change controls and deviations
  • Manage CAPA and OOS/OOT investigations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

QA Executive (QMS & IPQA)

  • Perform QMS and IPQA activities
  • Conduct process and site audits
  • Handle supplier audits
  • Monitor compliance improvement initiatives

Store Officer

  • Manage material receipt and issuance
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Coordinate stock management
  • Ensure documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate with accounts and vendors

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications relevant to the applied role:

  • B.Pharm
  • M.Pharm
  • B.Sc.
  • M.Sc.
  • Diploma
  • BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical or relevant discipline)

Candidates should have relevant pharmaceutical industry experience as specified for each position.


Salary

Based on current pharmaceutical industry standards, the expected salary may range between โ‚น3.5 LPA and โ‚น12 LPA, depending on the role, qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
