QC Intern Responsibilities:
This internship offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of quality control processes within a testing and auditing environment. Your key tasks will include:
- Rigorous Quality Checking of Audit Reports: You will meticulously review audit reports submitted by our hygiene auditors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols. This involves identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, and areas requiring further clarification or investigation. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the high standards of quality we deliver to our clients.
- Effective Communication and Coordination: You will serve as a key point of contact for our hygiene auditors, facilitating clear communication and resolving any issues or queries related to QC reports. This requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Maintaining and Updating the Management Information System (MIS) Tracker: You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our MIS tracker, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately recorded, updated, and readily accessible. This involves utilizing data management software and adhering to established data entry protocols.
