Job Description: QA Manager – Clinical Trials

As a QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Quality Assurance team and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the QA team to ensure high-quality clinical trial processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.
  • Conducting site, vendor, and CRO audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing QA strategies to improve clinical trial processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, MBBS, MD, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the clinical trials industry.
  • Strong auditing skills and experience conducting site/vendor/CRO audits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to travel for audits and meetings.
