Key Roles and Responsibilities
Production & Manufacturing
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, pelletization and capsule filling activities.
- Execute production activities as per SOP and cGMP requirements.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Packing Operations
- Manage blister packing and bulk bottle packaging.
- Perform serialization and track-and-trace activities.
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain documentation.
Engineering Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle HVAC, instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Manage raw material and finished goods handling.
- Maintain inventory records and SAP-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience as specified for the respective departments. Experience in cGMP-regulated facilities will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Estimated Salary Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹10.0 LPA (depending on qualification, experience and role)
