Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Gathering and documenting business and user requirements.
- Supporting Quality Management System (QMS) solutions and enhancements.
- Managing product backlogs and business analysis activities using JIRA.
- Conducting impact assessments for system changes.
- Delivering product improvements aligned with quality business processes.
- Supporting validation, verification testing, and compliance activities.
- Coordinating with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.
- Managing project scope, governance, risks, and implementation activities.
- Participating in Agile and Scrum-based project execution.
- Ensuring system scalability and future readiness of quality solutions.
- Working closely with Product Owners to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across quality platforms.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault Quality, TrackWise, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of GMP, cGMP, and SDLC processes.
- Experience in solution delivery for regulated pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Veeva Vault Certifications.
- Experience with integrations, analytics, architecture, and interfaces.
- Knowledge of Audit Management, CAPA, Deviations, Inspections, and Complaint Management processes.
