Key Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of quality control documentation and laboratory activities. Major responsibilities include:
• Ensuring compliance with cGLP and cGMP requirements within the laboratory.
• Reviewing analytical reports, protocols, STPs, SOPs, specifications, and related documentation.
• Verifying chromatographic and non-chromatographic analytical data.
• Reviewing raw material, packaging material, in-process, validation, finished product, and stability study documentation before release.
• Monitoring and handling OOS, OOT, incidents, and investigations.
• Reviewing analytical trend data and laboratory records.
• Ensuring chromatography compliance and data integrity practices.
• Reviewing qualification documents related to laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Supporting QA/QC personnel responsibilities as required.
• Conducting investigations, inspections, and sample evaluations associated with quality-related events.
• Ensuring compliance with ALCOA principles and data integrity requirements.
• Participating in internal audits and cross-functional compliance activities.
• Maintaining laboratory housekeeping and discipline standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should possess:
• BSc or MSc in a relevant science discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Control review functions.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, cGLP, Data Integrity, ALCOA principles, OOS, OOT, and laboratory compliance.
• Experience in analytical documentation review and pharmaceutical quality systems.
