Eligibility:
- BSc (Chemistry) / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MSc (Chemistry) Freshers
- 2023/2024/2025 passouts
- Full-time graduates only (15 years of education mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handling L1 Service Desk & Ticketing Applications
✔ Working in the US Healthcare domain
✔ Preparing weekly reports
✔ Basic data entry & MS Office operations
✔ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✔ Must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Skills Required:
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge
✅ Good Communication (English)
✅ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
