Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (Mandatory)
- 2โ3 years of experience in CRO or Pharmaceutical R&D preferred
- Strong laboratory and analytical skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Execute organic synthesis and multi-step chemical reactions
- Support process development and laboratory experiments
- Develop, optimize and troubleshoot synthetic routes
- Perform purification using chromatography and crystallization techniques
- Analyze compounds using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, IR and related analytical instruments
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and project reports
- Ensure compliance with GLP, SOPs and laboratory safety standards
- Collaborate with Analytical, QA and Process Development teams
Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (Mandatory)
- Experience: 2โ3 Years
- Preferred Industry: CRO / Pharmaceutical Research & Development
Salary & Benefits
Based on similar R&D positions in the pharmaceutical industry, the expected salary may range between โน4.5 LPA and โน7.5 LPA, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
