About the Role:
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will play a pivotal role in the clinical research process, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and patient safety. You will be part of a global team dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trial sites.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Oversee all aspects of study site management to maintain high-quality data and low query levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sponsors, investigators, and study coordinators.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth study execution.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm D, BDS, or MBBS.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of onsite monitoring experience in Oncology (excluding training and induction).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Mumbai or Delhi.
