Key Responsibilities of the Role
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II), your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting all aspects of clinical monitoring, from site selection and initiation to routine visits and close-out.
- Ensuring high-quality data collection with consistently low query levels.
- Managing site activities to comply with international guidelines like ICH-GCP and local regulations.
- Supporting study teams with oversight and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Traveling to client sites and working collaboratively with sponsors and ICON teams as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of monitoring experience with global trials in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in international guidelines such as ICH-GCP and knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work from the sponsor office when required.
