Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring Quality Engineering teams across multiple projects
- Driving automation-first testing practices using Provar for Salesforce platforms
- Defining and implementing Quality Engineering strategies aligned with Agile and CI/CD models
- Managing test planning, automation coverage, regression testing, and release readiness
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams during sprint planning
- Establishing Quality Engineering governance, standards, and best practices
- Supporting shift-left testing and SDLC/PDLC modernization initiatives
- Ensuring requirements traceability and effective defect management
- Participating in hiring, mentoring, and performance management activities
- Working with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Delivering quality metrics, defect analytics, and executive reporting
- Supporting regulated and GxP validation processes where applicable
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong experience with Provar and Salesforce test automation
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration
- Understanding of software quality engineering principles and automation frameworks
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
