Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for both male and female candidates who have recently completed their M.Sc in Organic Chemistry. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee in the R&D department, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting various chemical reaction experiments, including Aldol condensation, esterification, acid-base reactions, and Cannizzaro reactions.
- Preparing samples for analysis and testing.
- Carrying out distillation processes and understanding reaction mechanisms.
- Documenting experimental results and assisting in the preparation of reports.
Required Skills and Knowledge
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A solid understanding of organic chemistry principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques including distillation and sample preparation.
- The ability to conduct experiments independently and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Candidates from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai are preferred for this role. However, outstation candidates will be considered, provided they are willing to relocate at their own expense.
