Exceptional Career Opportunity: Quality Control/Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and highly skilled professionals to contribute significantly to the success of a leading CDMO. As a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Specialist at Honour Lab Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent high quality of our products, adhering to stringent regulatory standards, and maintaining a culture of compliance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures: This includes creating and maintaining detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various quality control processes.
• Performing quality control testing: Executing a range of analytical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques. This requires meticulous attention to detail and precise record-keeping.
• Investigating and resolving quality issues: Proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from established quality standards, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Maintaining accurate documentation: Ensuring complete and accurate record-keeping in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP).
• Participating in audits and inspections: Collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives: Actively participating in quality improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy
• Experience: While experience is valued, we strongly encourage recent graduates (2022-2025 pass-outs) to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in various analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, Titration) is highly advantageous. Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying and resolving quality issues effectively.
• Compliance Focus: A strong understanding of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant regulatory requirements is essential.
