Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate at GRG Health, you will:
- Identify and connect with potential clients in healthcare and life sciences industries.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Conduct professional discussions with senior executives and global stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the sales and client services teams in business expansion initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving organizational and team objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates meeting the following qualifications can apply:
Educational Qualification
- MBA or PGDM (Graduation in Healthcare or Life Sciences mandatory)
- M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
- M.Tech in Biotechnology or related fields
- Candidates from Pharmacy and Life Sciences backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience

- Prior experience in healthcare market research, business development, or client servicing will be considered an advantage.
