Roles & Responsibilities
Engineering
- Operate and maintain water treatment and utility systems.
- Maintain HVAC and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ensure GMP compliance during operations.
Production
- Execute manufacturing activities as per production schedule.
- Handle plasma collection, fractionation and processing.
- Operate manufacturing equipment following SOPs.
- Maintain documentation and cGMP compliance.
Quality Assurance
- Review and approve validation and qualification documents.
- Manage QMS activities, deviations, CAPA and change controls.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Support audits and process improvements.
Quality Control
- Perform laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory documentation.
- Handle sampling and testing activities.
Microbiology
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
- Perform environmental monitoring and water testing.
- Handle BET, bioburden, sterility and MLT analysis.
