Job Responsibilities:
This critical role involves a wide range of responsibilities, all focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the packaging of our parenteral drug products. Specific duties include:
- Accurate Labelling and Packaging: Meticulously label and package parenteral products according to strict regulatory guidelines. This includes precise handling and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Visual Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of injectable formulations to identify any defects or inconsistencies before packaging.
- Documentation Management: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) regulations.
- Quality Management System (QMS) Participation: Actively participate in and support various Quality Management System activities, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a larger team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Sc in any life science background.
- Experience: 2-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production packing, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in following established procedures, and a commitment to quality.
