Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities (Examples):
- Performing routine analytical testing using various techniques, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV).
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all testing activities, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines, including cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Troubleshooting analytical instrumentation and methods.
- Participating in quality investigations and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) processes.
- Contributing to the development and validation of analytical methods.
- Collaborating with other QC team members and other departments to maintain high quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Job Title: Chemist / Junior Executive (QC Department)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory setting. Experience with API manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Education:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in any specialization.
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry or a related field is a plus.
- Essential Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and UV spectroscopy. Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining these instruments is crucial.
- Strong understanding of cGMP principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
