Responsibilities in the Job

As an Associate Specialist in Healthcare Quality at GE Healthcare, your primary role involves creating a quality-driven culture by ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving compliance activities specific to a product, site, or region while ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Developing and maintaining systems, rules, and processes to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Reviewing and approving programs and projects for compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues using a structured and technical approach.
  • Implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve processes.

Qualifications
