Job Summary
In this role, you will assist the CDM/PV team by processing, analyzing, and managing clinical data to ensure it complies with regulatory standards. You will also utilize Generative AI tools to streamline data processing workflows and support PV case processing, contributing to research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing clinical data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- AI-Driven Efficiency: Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data management.
- PV Case Support: Provide timely support for PV case entry and follow-up to ensure smooth case processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data for research and development projects.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in pharmacovigilance, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and summaries of data findings to support decision-making processes.
- Audits & Improvements: Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data management workflows.
- Tool Development: Assist in developing and implementing new data management tools and technologies.
- Training: Engage in training sessions to stay current with advancements in Generative AI and pharmacovigilance.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Strong foundation in Generative AI and its applications in data management.
- Pharmacovigilance Knowledge: Basic understanding of PV case processing and its significance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Data Tools Proficiency: Experience using data management software and tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Certifications Required
- Certification in Generative AI
- Certification in Pharmacovigilance is highly desirable.
