As a Jr. Associate, you will work with a team of scientific specialists from the life sciences domain, offering support via telephone, email, and live chat. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of Avantor’s life-changing scientific solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and sales associates.
- Manage product data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in market sourcing services to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Work collaboratively with a team of life sciences specialists to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in any foreign language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Chemistry/Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, or Biomedical Engineering).
