Available Positions and Responsibilities

1. Aggregate Reporting Specialist

Experience: 1-5 years (No Freshers)
Shift Timing: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare safety reports for products in development or regulatory-approved products (e.g., DSUR, PADERs, PSURs, PBRERs).
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.

2. Medical Information Contact Center (MICC)– Pharmacovigilance

Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers welcome)
Shift Timing: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle medical information inquiries and complaints.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries with excellent communication skills.
• Manage documentation efficiently.

3. Medical Literature Monitoring (MLM)

Experience: 1-5 years (No Freshers)
Shift Timing: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess medical literature for adverse drug events.
• Update literature search profiles and alert settings in the aids database.
• Maintain precision and critical thinking in drug safety processes.

4. Medical Reviewer (Medical Affairs/Drug Safety Physician)

Experience: 1-5 years (No Freshers)
Shift Timing: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Qualification: BDS/MDS
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical reviews and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with drug safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assessments.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Educational Requirements: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharma D, BDS, or MDS depending on the role.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in medical literature review, complaint management, and regulatory compliance.
• Other Requirements:
  • Provisional educational certification is mandatory.
  • Commitment to an 18-month employment bond.
  • Flexibility to work on-site (no work-from-home options available).
