Eligibility:

• MICC: Freshers and experienced candidates (Night Shift)
• ICSR: Only experienced candidates (Immediate Joinee – Morning Shift)

General Requirements:

• MICC (Medical Information Contact Center): Experience: 0-5 years
• Freshers will be considered for MICC
• Shift Timings: 09:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. (Night Shift)
• No night shift allowances at the moment
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge on call handling of medical information inquiries and complaint management
• No cab facility

Terms & Conditions:

• 18 months employment bond
• No work from home
