Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Experience Required:
- 0-1 or more years of experience in a medical information call center handling inbound and outbound calls
Job Description:
- Receive and provide responses to medical information inquiries from patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals through phone, fax, email, and mail.
- Use FAQs and product labeling to respond to medical inquiries.
- Perform outbound calls to obtain missing or additional information.
- Receive and process documentation of medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and adverse events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and quality departmental procedures.
