A leading global life sciences services company, EVERSANA, is hiring a PV Documentation and Technical Writing Specialist in Pune (On-site). ๐งฉ Key Responsibilities
๐น Proposal Development & Writing
- Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for pharmacovigilance and regulatory services
- Develop compelling technical and commercial proposals
- Write executive summaries, methodologies, and value propositions
- Integrate win strategies and differentiators into proposals
๐น Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with PV teams (case processing, signal detection, aggregate reporting)
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and project teams for budgets and timelines
- Ensure seamless communication for timely submission
๐น Content Management & QA
- Maintain proposal content libraries (case studies, templates, CVs)
- Ensure consistency, grammar, compliance, and branding standards
- Perform thorough editing and quality checks
๐น Strategic Support
- Analyze competitors and client requirements
- Support business development strategies
- Contribute to thought leadership (whitepapers, abstracts, decks)
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, English, or Business
- 3โ7 years experience in:
- Proposal writing / bid management
- Pharmacovigilance or regulatory writing
- CRO / pharma industry

- Strong knowledge of drug safety & pharmacovigilance processes
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills
- Ability to simplify complex scientific data
- Experience with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint

- Experience in:
- PV outsourcing proposals
- Case processing & literature surveillance
- AI-driven safety solutions
- Familiarity with RFP portals and bid tools
