Key Responsibilities โ Food Safety Executive
- Implement and maintain the Food Safety Plan as per internal policies and external standards like FSSC 22000 and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), sanitation, and cleaning protocols
- Oversee validation activities and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) related to food safety
- Support execution of global food safety initiatives at the shop floor level
- Conduct and assist in training programs for food safety awareness and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality and Operations
- Adapt to plant requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in:
- Food Technology
- Microbiology
- Biotechnology
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences
- Knowledge of:
- FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP guidelines
- Food safety audits and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and training abilities
- Flexibility to work in plant-based operations
