Key Responsibilities
As a Kit Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing clinical trial materials and supporting investigator sites:
- Maintain and manage the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system as per project requirements
- Enter and process work orders based on study-specific guidelines
- Monitor and adjust inventory of clinical collection kits
- Troubleshoot kit supply issues and escalate to Project Managers
- Support investigator sites with kit resupply and logistics queries
- Review incoming requests from the Investigator Support Team
- Customize KMS systems to align with site-specific needs
- Assist Technical Administrators with database and kit instruction issues
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and internal processes
- Document and escalate service failures and operational issues
- Track and report performance metrics (Entry-level role)
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Science (B.Sc, B.Pharm, Life Sciences)
Preferred Qualification:
- Masterโs Degree (M.Sc)
- Experience:
- Trainee Role: 0โ6 months (freshers can apply)
- Entry Role: 2 years in clinical research
