About the Biometrics Commercial Support Services (BCSS) Team
The BCSS team plays a crucial role in developing proposals, optimizing pricing strategies, and supporting global clinical trials in Data Management and Biostatistics. The team collaborates with Sales, Proposals, Finance, and Operations to ensure efficient project planning and execution.
Apprenticeship Role Overview
As a Biometrics Commercial Support Services Apprentice, you will:
✔ Assist in developing and pricing proposals for clinical trials.
✔ Support senior team members in tracking key performance metrics.
✔ Help improve operational efficiency by analyzing pricing methodologies.
✔ Maintain departmental knowledge systems and generate reports.
✔ Work with cross-functional teams to optimize project plans.
Eligibility & Skills Required
✅ Education: University degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, IT, or related fields (or certification in allied health professions).
✅ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming (VBA, R, Python, SAS, etc.).
✅ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology & clinical research.
✅ Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
