Job Description
As a Medical Contact Center Associate II, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
- Recording and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) in accordance with regulatory timelines and internal procedures.
- Executing drug safety data management processes, including call intake, dialogue documentation, peer reviews, and case follow-ups.
- Supporting various activities related to tracking metrics, ongoing quality control, and data reconciliation.
- Creating and updating training materials based on procedural and regulatory changes.
- Conducting training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of processed data.
- Performing any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or a related field along with 2–3 years of safety experience.
- Alternatively, a BS/BA with 2–3 years of safety experience, or an MA/MS/PharmD with 1–2 years of related experience.
Experience:
- Prior experience in call center operations is preferred.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Chemistry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
